CourseCRM is an extension for the popular SugarCRM system. As such all the standard Sugar features and tools are available to you, but CourseCRM adds new features, tools and data integration facilities that have been specifically developed for the needs of educators and training providers.

Data Integration

CourseCRM is unique in the CRM marketplace for its tight focus on the needs of Education and Training providers. Bringing together both SugarCRM and the Moodle/Totara LMS has created a powerful new management tool for student administrators needing access to centralised learner activity data. Furthermore, if you use the Course Merchant ecommerce system, all of your online sales and payment data is also passed into the CRM, enabling full 360 degree reporting.

CourseCRM imports all your Moodle or Totara LMS student data directly via a webservices API into SugarCRM. That data is then available for analysis by any of Sugar's powerful suite of tools. Critical data such as student course attendance, assignment scores, exam results etc can be analysed and acted upon.
